Who am I?

I grew up in Scotland, and I can’t remember a time when I wasn’t making videos.

My love for video could be a diagnosable obsession. I get lost in the process and itch when I have an idea that needs to be visualized. What I love about storytelling in this way is that it allows me to solve problems in creative ways that make people click.

Currently:

A junior at the University of Chicago pursuing a double major in Economics with a specialization in Business and Cinema and Media Studies: at the intersection of those two disciplines lies my interest.

Three Fun Facts:

1. My favorite YouTube of all time video is DO WHAT YOU CAN’T by Casey Neistat. I watch it whenever I feel unsure about my future.

2. Once I drove over my camera trying to get the perfect shot in high school. The camera survived (with a couple of dents and scratches). The shot was awesome … and I have since become much more careful.

3. I named my first documentary at four years old (10:05 here if you are desperate to see). I probably should’ve leveraged that exposure for some juicy connections but alas, I was more focused on my ABCs.

A Brief Timeline:

Birth in 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿. It was awesome, you should’ve been there.
