Group: STAGE Center
Role: Co-director; Mixed Media Animator
Shot on: Sony FX6, FX3
I have been working in STAGE center’s film department since March 2024. STAGE stands for “Scientists, Technologists, and Artists Generating Exploration”. The group explores technology’s role in communicating complex scientific principles, working at the intersection of the scientific method and artistic practice.
My work for STAGE has primarily orbited around the third instalment to the ongoing docuseries, “Curiosity: The Making of a Scientist” that will likely be released in mid 2026. The episode follows the extraordinary life of physicist, educator and executive, Walter Massey.
I joined the team as an intern.

I focussed on achieving a picture-lock, heading the archival animation team (examples here)

Shooting began.
I pitched an entirely new storyline, and then oversaw its successful implementation.
I was credited as a codirector, alongside mentor and head of STAGE’s film department, Sunanda Prabhu-Gaunkar.
I am responsible for overseeing final changes to music and animation, ahead of the documentary’s release in mid 2026.
